About Credits
Credits let you keep using Whisply after your plan’s included allowance is exhausted, using a prepaid balance you control.
How it works
Credits are prepaid usage, available while you have an active plan. Add Credits and turn on the Credits switch on your Usage page. Once your included allowance runs out, eligible usage is deducted from your balance at the applicable model rates. Turn Credits off at any time to stop spending from that balance. If your plan ends, your balance stays on your account for your next plan.
Buying Credits and fees
You can add $5 to $500 of Credits at a time. Each purchase has a service fee of 10% of the Credits plus $0.30. For example, $20 of Credits has a $2.30 fee, for $22.30 plus any tax. Checkout shows the final total, including tax, before you pay. Credits are added only when you buy them; nothing is charged automatically.
Monthly spending limit
A spending limit caps the Credits used in each calendar month and resets on the 1st of the month (UTC). You can remove an existing limit on the Usage page. The limit does not apply to plan charges, service fees, or taxes.
Payment methods
Credits are sold by Link (Stripe) as merchant of record. You choose how to pay each time in checkout: a card, Link, or a supported wallet. Link can remember your payment method for next time. Whisply does not store card numbers or security codes, and your plan’s renewal card is changed from Billing.
