Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you try Whisply, the Mac-only dictation and transcription app. This Refund Policy explains when you can request a refund, how to do it, and what to expect once your request is received. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through whisply.net.

7-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with Whisply, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase. This window applies to your initial purchase of a Whisply plan and is intended to give you enough time to install the app on your Mac and decide whether it fits your workflow.

The 7-day window applies only to first-time purchases. Renewals, upgrades, and subsequent billing cycles are not covered by this window unless required by applicable law in your region.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email dynamicgpt@pm.me from or referencing the account email you used to purchase Whisply. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • The account email associated with your subscription
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • A brief note about why you’d like a refund (optional, but helpful)

You do not need to provide a detailed justification within the 7-day window. We simply ask for the basics so we can locate your account.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, attempts to obtain a refund after the 7-day window has closed, or fraudulent activity tied to an account.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or close the associated Whisply account while the dispute is resolved. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can help before escalating to your payment provider.

Processing time

Once we approve a refund, it is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. We will confirm by email once the refund has been processed on our end.
